Q: I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease/Wheat Allergy. Can I have some samples?

A: Congratulations on being diagnosed! There are some challenges to the diet, but if you can stick to it and not cheat, you will reap the benefits of eliminating gluten from your system. Unfortunately, we do not usually send samples to individuals, as the costs of doing so do not permit it.

What we do recommend is to attend events held by celiac support groups, where there are often tastings. We often attend events or send samples to groups for tasting at a meeting. If you cannot attend an event, or if there are no events scheduled, we recommend you contact the group and ask for product recommendations.
