Q. Can I make waffles with this mix?

A. Yes! Simply add two more Tablespoons of oil (for a total of three) when mixing your batter.

Q. Can I use this mix like a Bisquick?

A. Not necessarily. You can experiment as you wish, but we have not tested or developed recipes that would be the gluten-free equivalent to Bisquick recipes.

Q. I can't figure out what the ingredient is that makes the mix contain dairy?

A. The natural flavoring is the ingredient.
