Our Sandwich Bread Flour makes soft, mildly flavored breads that are ready for Turkey, Peanut Butter or any other sandwich fixings. Each bag makes one 2lb or two 1lb loaves.
Works is a most bread machines. Just add sugar, salt, oil, eggs and milk (or subsititute rice, soy or almond milk for a casein-free loaf), and use the included yeast packet if you wish.
And to enjoy a sandwich, this bread need not be toasted. Let's be clear: YOU DON'T NEED TO TOAST THIS BREAD. Stored in a plastic bag or suitable container, you can get three to four days on the counter with this bread. No freezing or refrigeration required. And no preservatives either.
