GFN Foods, LLC Yellow Cake Mix released. Light and Moist and Low in Fat

Cranford, NJ - GFN Foods, LLC has introduced Yellow Cake Mix. An 11.1 oz. package has a retail price of $5.99. The product will be rolled out to retailer shelves in the coming weeks.

GFN Foods, LLC announces new Light & Moist Yellow Cake Mix will be available on December 3, 2006.

Cranford, NJ - A gluten-free yellow cake mix that is light, moist, freezes well and stays fresh for several days? Yes. GFN Foods, LLC announced today that its new Light and Moist Yellow Cake mix will become available on December 3, 2006.

A quick and easy mix that is low in fat and trans-fat free, the mix is perfect for making 12 cupcakes, a 9" round layer of a layer cake or an 8" x 8" square cake.

By making small adjustments, a lemon cake, almond cake, poppyseed or vanilla cake are possible from this mix. Also, there is a very easy and tasty apple upsidedown cake recipe on the company's website.

"When we previewed the product at two recent Celiac support group events in Boston, the reception from the attendees was beyond expectations," said Paul Graven, VP of GFN Foods. "We had some mixes for sale and we sold out in under 45 minutes, and many people were asking for the apple upsidedown cake recipe. We couldn't have been more pleased."

The product will be available through the company's website as of December 3, and will be sold at the Westchester Celiac Support Group Vendor fair held the same day. It will be rolled out to retailers and should be on shelves soon after.

GFN Foods, LLC launches Pizzeria-Style Pizza Crust Mix!

GFN Foods, LLC is proud to announce that its newest product, Pizzeria-Style Pizza Crust Mix is now available. The new mix is very easy to make, browns perfectly and makes a foldable delicious pizza crust.

We're very proud of this product, as it is only 150 calories a slice (without sauce and toppings), and it takes less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish. Just mix with some oil, an egg, and water, spread in your pizza pan and bake for 20 minutes. Add sauce and toppings and let them melt and you have a pizza faster than just about anybody.

It is all-natural, kosher, dairy-free and garlic-free. It does contain soy. You can buy it right now online, and it will be available at our retailers soon.

GFN Foods participates at the Greater Philadelphia Celiac Support Group Vendor Fair

On March 17th, GFN Foods, LLC participated in the semi-annual Gluten-Free Vendor Fair held by the Greater Philadelphia Celiac Support Group at Abington Memorial Hospital. Special thanks to Karen Dalrymple for making us feel welcome and by the great response by the members. And the winner of our door prize was J. Platzer of Philadelphia, PA.

GFN Foods' Gluten-Free Naturals™ products obtain kosher certification

GFN Foods is very pleased to announce that three of its products have obtained kosher certification from Kof-K orthodox rabbinical supervision.

The products certified are the Homemade Brownie Mix, Yeast-Free Pizza Crust Mix and the Pancake Mix. Products made under the rabbinical supervision will have the Kof-K emblem on the package.

Gluten-Free Naturals™ Pancake Mix contains no Trans Fats and a serving (without syrup) is only 210 calories. Available in 12.7 ounce bags with two inner packs to make smaller batches easier to make and easy to store.
