National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) www.celiacawareness.org
The Foundation’s mission is to raise awareness and funding for celiac disease that will advance research, education and screening through grant making and direct programming.

NIH Article on Celiac Disease
A comprehensive overview of Celiac disease from the National Institute of Health. We refer to this often.

The Celiac Listserve
One of the most valuable resources we found for support and information. We occasionally advertise on the listserve and offer coupon discounts for our online customers.

Gluten-Free Living
A helpful magazine with information on ingredients and other important topics.

Triumph Dining
An annually updated guide to restaurants that are celiac aware and offer gluten-free selections (when you simply cannot stay at home and prepare a Gluten-Free Naturals product).

A new source for celiacwear. They sell original T-Shirts, hats and other nice paraphernalia.

Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University
The center has some good information on Celiac disease and a helpful FAQ.

Celiac Support Groups in the United States
This listing can help put you in touch with other celiacs in your area.

Celiac Sprue Association (CSA)
A support group organization with a multitude of local chapters. Publishes an annual product guide.

Gluten-Intolerance Group (GIG)
A support group organization with a multitude of local chapters.

A PDF listing that is frequently updated. Needs Adobe Acrobat Reader to be viewed.

National Institute of Health Consensus Document on Celiac Disease
What it is, how it is diagnosed, and areas to be researched.
